WORK WITH US
I grew up in Poland and studied Applied Geology at the University of Warsaw, where I developed a strong interest in subsurface exploration and the role energy plays in modern society. During my studies, I became actively involved in the geoscience community, serving as Head of the AAPG student chapter and founding a petroleum geologists' student organization. Those experiences taught me that leadership, initiative, and collaboration are just as important as technical expertise.
As I considered the next step in my career, Norway stood out as the natural choice. Given its global leadership in offshore exploration and its critical role in Europe's energy security, I wanted to build my career where some of the industry's most important technical and strategic challenges were being solved. That ambition led me to move to Norway and pursue a Master's degree in Petroleum Geoscience Engineering at the University of Stavanger.
After completing my studies, I began building my career in the Norwegian energy industry and gained valuable experience working on subsurface and exploration-related projects. While I learned a great deal in my previous roles, I was looking for an environment where I could continue developing faster, take on greater responsibility, and work closely with experienced professionals.

What are your ambitions for the future?
My goal is to continue expanding both my technical expertise and project experience while contributing to the development of innovative solutions within the energy sector. I believe the industry is entering an exciting period of transformation, and I am motivated by the opportunity to play a role in shaping its future.
